The Upper West Regional Minister Dr. Hafiz Bin-Salih has called on the people of Jirapa to subscribe to the see something Say Something campaign.

Speaking at the launch of Jirapa Fm on Saturday 4th March 2023, Dr. Bin Salih mentioned that they are terrorists in Côte d’Ivoire who are trying to force their way into Ghana to disturb the peace citizens are enjoying.

He noted that the security agencies alone cannot fight the canker and has therefore called on residents living in Jirapa to collaborate with the security agencies to keep the country safe.

The minister said, ‘‘We are living with the criminals, so let’s expose them to the police for the law to take its course’’.

He also cautioned religious and traditional authorities to desist from saving such criminals when they are arrested.

He appealed to residents in Jirapa to subscribe to the see something say something campaign to reduce smuggling and other security threats.”
